What expenses am I going to be on the hook for?

Do you require remote access or to put a device on our network?
No. Customers may opt to grant us remote access to make support easier, but it’s not required. Since we are not a Managed Services Provider, we have no need to put a device on your network.
How are we billed?
Our default payment terms are Net-30 unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Can I get referral credits?
Absolutely!
Where do I find your SOC-2/SSAE-16?
We are not a hosting provider or managed services provider, thus do not store any of your data to have audited for these reports.
How are agreements structured?
Generally speaking, each client will have a Master Services Agreement that includes all terms and conditions of the relationship. It will include a default time & material rate for any work not specifically scoped. Most clients will have individual statements of work (SOW) for specific projects or engagements.
What is your SLA or response time?
This will vary by agreement. We are not a managed services provider or outsourced helpdesk, so response times or engagement completion dates are unique to each statement of work.
We will always do our best to prioritize any emergency work for all our clients.
