SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions Effective Date: March 17, 2026
KM Tech Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SIP trunk and cloud phone system services, including optional SMS notifications for account updates, call/voicemail alerts, service notifications, and related transactional messages.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply specifically to our SMS program and supplement any other agreements you may have with us.
1. Program Description Our SMS program sends transactional and service-related text messages, such as:
- Incoming call or voicemail notifications
- Account status updates or billing alerts
- Two-factor authentication codes
- Service outage or maintenance notifications
- Other non-promotional messages related to your use of our phone system services

2. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your activity and account events. We do not send recurring promotional messages. You may receive 0–10 messages per month, depending on usage.
3. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
4. Opt-In and Consent You must provide express, separate consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is collected when you:
- Enter your mobile phone number on our website or designated form,
- Check the separate SMS consent checkbox (not pre-checked or bundled with other agreements), and
- Submit the form.
Consent is voluntary, per-campaign, non-transferable, and not required to use our core services.
5. Opt-Out Instructions To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will no longer send you SMS messages. Reply HELP at any time for help or more information.

8. Carrier Disclaimer Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via SMS when required.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
